RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

GENERAL INFO

We totally get it—you get your new gear, try it on, and something just doesn't feel right or the size is off.
Don't worry, we're here to help! You can return your item for a refund, store credit, or exchange it, as long as these conditions are met.

RETURNS
  • You’ve got 30 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it in—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Masks, custom-made items, and personalized products are non-returnable unless faulty.
    Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at contact@dirrtytownclothing.com for instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, here are two easy options:

Place a New Order – Best if you're on a tight deadline.

  • Order the correct size now to secure it, and then return the original item for a refund or store credit.
    Be sure to check the return policy above for details.

Return for Store Credit First – Best if you're not in a hurry.

  • Ship the item back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll issue store credit within 48 hours.
    You can use this credit to buy anything in our shop. We’ll notify you as soon as it's ready!
FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS

If you think you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 working days.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and find the best solution. Don’t forget to include your order number and photos to help us assist you quickly!

REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll perform a quick quality check. Once that’s done, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your return has been accepted. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds can take a few extra days depending on your bank or credit card
    company’s processing time.
  • Discounted items or items purchased through promotions (like coupon codes) are eligible for store credit only, unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly.
  • Orders rejected upon delivery are eligible only for store credit.
  • Orders not delivered due to unpaid taxes or fees are not eligible for a refund.
